randomly blinking red lights on screen will guide you to make movements towards the corresponding corners on the court. The flexibility of app lets you adjust the SET TIME
(Seconds) and BLINK INTERVAL (Seconds) matching your strength and speed. The application also provides 5 seconds of countdown with blinking screen for you to take position when
the start button is clicked. Start the app, program the timings, keep your smart phone in the middle of court below the net, click start and you are ready to go.
