APM maintenance mobile app is a tool for logging machine’s health data to a cloud-based portal. Managers can assign sequential benchmarked inspection tasks to multiple users
to monitor equipment’s health and alarms and get early signals before a breakdown occurs.
Users are intimated as per schedule to carry out inspections in a defined sequence called “Routes”. Scanning QR to begin inspection, tracks compliance and makes predictive
maintenance very simple. As a unique feature, the inspectors are intimated of the hand-held tools requirement required to carry out specific route. If any of the equipment is
not accessible at the time of inspection, the inspector has flexibility of skipping it mentioning a specified “Skip Reason”
The goals for APM (Asset Performance Management) are increasing productivity through several digitalization modules. Predictive Maintenance module assists preventing machine
or equipment breakdown. PdM (Predictive Maintenance) is performed while the asset is working, which lessens the chances of disruption to normal operations. PdM also covers a
Fix-Request system for industrial and commercial sector that doesn't have any at the moment, and allow industrial sector to increase productivity and reliability through the
use of technology.
