The smartglasses application enables a field technician wearing smartglasses to communicate with a senior engineer or service center in hands-free mode. The field
technician can take and send pictures, view documents, get augmented reality annotations and communicate with an expert using on-line video.
Fieldbit Hero on smartphones:
This application enables the expert to share the field of view of a remote technician and send him augmented reality annotations, documents, diagrams and instructions on
how to resolve technical issues in the field.
