mahakhanij application is developed by Revenue Department, Government of Maharashtra for generating and monitoring of Mineral Mining Transport System.
Primarily, Minor Mineral Transport can be done in three ways.
1) Using Web-portal
2) Using Smart Phone App – Online (internet connection is must.)
This application is used by Billing Agent and Government Officials

c) Plot Visits
