You might be worried at the fact that Cytoid requires seemingly intrusive permissions such as phone calls—which obviously isn't what a rhythm game should do. This
permission is actually required by the Unity SDK! Cytoid would never (or want to) steal your Mom's phone number or call your Dad. Just wanted to clarify that!
